Gratitude

Greetings Friends,

It sure has been a while since I have last written. Life seems to move in many directions and for some, it happens all at one time.

My title for this newsletter is "Gratitude." I have realized since my last posting since the New Year, just how precious life really is. How grateful I am to my husband, my friends and loved ones across the miles. Those who are good to you, support you, nurture you through your hardest times.

Just this year I have lost a Mom and my best friends husband who died at a young age of 42. As I was retrieving my photo albums, I was so grateful to see the photos of these wonderful people and the times we have shared. This is probably why I treasure photos as much as I do. Having video and photos from holiday gatherings to simple get togethers are so treasured. I guess my words have come back to me this time. "treasured keepsakes"

My Mom, ever so proud of my accomplishments, she died right before I could tell her that I had passed my Real Estate State Exam. She knew how hard I worked and gone to school to advance in my career. I am grateful for her humor and her support of me. I carry that forward.

My best friend and I have known each other for over 25 years. She was my Matron of Honor in my wedding, she was my roommate and we even went to High School together. Her husband I knew for almost 20 of those 25 years. We all grew up together, watching each other get married, careers, go to school and just every day life. In fact, just about a month before this tragic loss, I did an iMovie for my friend of all of our great times together. I am grateful I sent that when I did. She said she laughed and laughed at all the fun and crazy times we had and how the video showed us growing up. Now she has something to watch of all of us during some really fun times.

I dedicate this newsletter to my Mom and Dear Friend. You will be so deeply missed.

Blessings,
Rhonda
